Facebook scams on 540 crore fake accounts New York: Social media giant Facebook has taken another lead in preventing the spread of false information and preventing fake accounts. The figures show that around 540 crore fake accounts were canceled during the year.   The Transparency Report makes it clear that the software has been enhanced to counter the attempts to create fake accounts. Facebook is spending huge amounts of money to prevent the spread of misinformation with political and social agendas, including blocking users' camouflage accounts, saying that it is satisfied with its efforts to crack down on fake accounts, and that technological advances have to be made. Facebook says it is investing heavily in increasing the accuracy of Facebook and preventing accounts from spreading against the community. India number one on tiktok  With over 150 crore downloads from the Google Play App Store, India is placed in number one with 46.8 crore Unic installs.. It is noteworthy that 31% of tiktok downloads are from India. This is a testament to the growing number of tiktok users in the current world.    According to the report, India's netizens have downloaded the tiktok to 27.6 crore in 2019, which is up to 45 per cent of global installs. China is the second highest downloader with 4.5 crore downloads and the top 5 in the US with 3.6 crore downloads. Tiktok is the third largest download non-gaming app segment this year with over 61 crore downloads. WhatsApp 70.74 crore and Facebook Messenger 63.2 crore were the top two downloads of the year.
